After India's blockade of the border side of Nepal, China helps to
import petroleum and gas from China. China wants new deals on petroleum to give
continuity on importing oil and gas to Nepal. When India blockade border in
2045 Nepal ask help to China for the same situation and China helped Nepal but
later lack of continuity there was no such a deal is made. In Nepal about 300
kiloliter, petrol 300 kiloliter, diesel 350 kiloliter, and LPG gas 22000 metric
ton uses daily. China shows interest to help to build infrastructure for oil and
gas transportation. In an unofficial talk, Nepal minister Mr. Pun request Chinese
officials to reduce TAX for the importation of petroleum. So that Chinese petroleum
will not more expensive than Indian petroleum. He said there is a chance of TAX-free importation from China that means TAX-free importation. Mr. Pun said
within a few days special team from Nepal will visit Chinese officials for the
deal of petroleum. As per him around one week after there will be a normal flow
of petroleum in Nepal.
